Maine: Oil Spills: 800-482-0777 (from within Maine); 207-822-6300 (outside of Maine) 207-657-3030 (after hours). HazMat Spills- must be reported within 1 hour: 800-452-4664 (24 hours from within Maine); 207-624-7000 (outside of Maine). Written follow up report to be faxed to 207-581-4055.
